一、回復郵件的6個指標
24小時:所有郵件必須在太平洋時間24小時之內回復
25%:客服不滿意率低于25%(不滿意的客戶數量除以參與調查的客戶總數)
90%:所有郵件及時回復率要達到90%(及時回復的郵件數量除以總郵件數量)
10%:所有郵件延遲回復率不得超過10% (超時郵件數量除以總郵件數量)
7天/30天/90天:所有郵件在此階段的平均回復時間

1、買家在網上沒有查到物流信息,發郵件來查詢貨物情況,您可以這樣回復
