為什么有些訂單的地址可以驗證,有些卻不能?
如果用戶的配送地址之前已經在其他訂單中由用戶驗證或通過確認妥投物流跟蹤信息進行驗證,則“地址狀況”將為“已驗證”,這種情形下商戶無需再發送驗證申請。
如果我因期待用戶驗證配送地址消耗了時間,訂單的實行時限是否會延伸?我是否會因為“延時確認實行”或“WishExpress延時妥投”而被處以賠款?
在某些情形下,可接收的訂單實行時限更多可延伸48個小時(WishExpress訂單為48個工作小時),明確商戶是否要為“延時確認實行”和“WishExpress延時妥投”支付賠款時,也會思考這段延伸時間。商戶可在訂單>未實行的訂單頁面查看剩余的訂單實行時限。通常,wish平臺勉勵商戶盡快對未實行的訂單采用恰當的操作。
我有一個訂單正在期待用戶驗證配送地址,但剩下的實行時間已經不多,我該怎么辦?
