App Store 審核 金融App 3.2.1被拒及其他23種原因總結

近年金融行業百花齊放，缺乏監管，正因如此隨著政策新規的到來，從17年9月份開始金融類（貸款、理財）上架開始變的異常困難，其中受政策影響的還有彩票類應用；

對于App Store來說，卡APP無非參照兩點，一是用戶體驗，二是當地政策法律。大部分馬甲包的上架難，無疑就是第一種所致。而貸款類、理財類、彩票類的APP上架，主要都是政策原因導致。

本文將會針對金融產品（貸款、理財）及其他被拒情況進行撰寫。

一、理財、貸款產品被拒原因

首先我們來看看被拒條款：

如果你沒有收到這三條在下次提交材料的時候提交這上面的圖片下次應該就會給你回復這幾條；

如果你回復這三條蘋果給你反饋的時間很短還是這三條，你很有可能遇到機審了或者你回復的這幾條中蘋果沒有滿意。因為大家回復3.2.1都是很多次了，現在蘋果給答復的時間一般在4~5天大家不要著急。

從條款的內容，可以看到，金融類APP的上架，如果想不做大的改動上架的話，要么用有資質的賬號，要么碰運氣，畢竟蘋果審核人員有時候審核就是這么任性。

有資質的賬號，一定要具備經營范圍（營業執照）、金融許可證以及ICP證，同時在上架的時候上傳在附件里，給審核人員審核的時候看。

有資質的賬號，這個條件，對于很多公司來說，都是不具備的。對于這部分的小伙伴，只能是找具備這個條件的朋友公司借用有資質的賬號來解決，讓對方幫忙代上架，或者讓對方把自己的開發者賬號添加到對方的開發者賬號下，提交審核，等上架成功后，再轉到自己的開發者賬號下。

但目前采用資質賬號的辦法難度逐漸加大，為蘋果審核對上架成功后的轉讓出的App查的很嚴，一經發現，立馬下架此類App，同時可能會對該蘋果賬號進行封號處理，所以大部分的資質代上，目前已經成了一日游。另外，蘋果審核目前對此類資質賬號卡的非常嚴，過審非常艱難，所需時間非常久。

綜合以上，目前金融類App，只要沒有正規資質的，如果想要上架App Store，那套殼會是一種最穩妥的上架方式。

所謂套殼，就是將App偽裝成另一個App，在過審的時候，給蘋果審核展示偽裝App的內容，等過審后，再切換回真實的App內容。此方法對原生、H5類型開發的App均適用。

目前的金融類App套殼，主要是將App偽裝成天氣類、新聞類的App，當然這種App偽裝的方式弊端諸多，比如說App的分類是一個問題，會影響App后續的ASO優化等，這是做App套殼的主要弊端之一。當然，如果能將App偽裝成財務類應用，則此類問題的影響，會被較大的削減。

金融理財上架總結：

1.上架符合蘋果條件提供相應材料過審核，如果確實資料可以找我咨詢，另外回復模板可找我拿。

2.套殼，穩定的方式，本人也弄過套殼的方式，利弊在上面也說了。

3.金融中介賬號上架，邏輯與銀行賬號一致，成功率相對銀行張較高，但目前僅支持理財。

4.銀行賬號上架，成功幾率較低，而且比較費精力。

二、其他被拒條款及解決辦法

這里給大家收集整理了常見的App Store審核被拒的23個理由,并且附上官方拒絕理由原文,供大家上傳應用時對照檢查。

應用被拒分為兩種:Binary Rejected和Metadata Rejected。前者需要重新上傳應用并且重新排隊,后者只需要修改信息,不需要重新上傳應用。

1、應用內包含檢查更新功能

iOS應用的版本更新必須通過App Store進行,自身App內不能包含提示更新功能。從2015年3月起,所有包含檢查更新功能的App都會被拒絕上架。

2、使用第三方登錄時未做安裝檢測

接入第三方登錄要檢測是否安裝了第三方客戶端,未安裝時不要顯示對應按鈕。2015年9月之前,通常可以采用判斷未安裝則隱藏登錄按鈕的方式。但目前隱藏按鈕的方式也可能被審核拒絕,QQ和微博提供了web登錄的方式,如果判斷未安裝,需要允許用戶使用webview的登錄方式。蘋果在條款中有聲明不允許iOS應用的正常使用需要依賴另外一個App。

3、采集設備IDFA但應用沒有廣告功能

從2014年2月起,Apple開始拒絕采集IDFA(identifier for advertising)卻未集成任何廣告服務的應用進入App

Store。如果App本身沒有廣告,ASO100.com建議可以在審核的時候顯示一個Banner廣告,并且放在比較明顯的位置,審核通過后關掉即可。

We found that your app uses the iOSAdvertising Identifier but does not include ad functionality.This does notcomply with the terms of the iOS Developer Program License Agreement,asrequired by the App Store Review Guidelines.

You and Your Applications(and anythird party with whom you have contracted to serve advertising)may us theAdvertising Identifier,and any information obtained through the use of theAdvertising Identifier,only for the purpose of serving advertising.If a userresets the Advertising Identifier,then You agree not to combine,correlate,link or otherwise associate,either directly or indirectly,the priorAdvertising Identifier and any derived information with the reset AdvertisingIdentifier.

Please remove the iOS AdvertisingIdentifier from your app or add ad functionality to your app.

4、含UGC卻未提供用戶協議及舉報功能

如果你的App內有發帖等UGC(用戶產生內容)功能,必須提供用戶協議,并留有內容舉報功能,否則就會被審核拒絕。

We found your app enables the display ofusergenerated content which may become sexually explicit.Therefore we askthat you put the following precautions in place,to ensure your app remains incompliance with the App Store Review Guidelines.

Use Moderators to flag and removeinappropriate content

Require that your users agree to terms(EULA)and these terms must be clear that theres no tolerance forobjectionable content

Users need a way to flag or reportobjectionable content and users generating this content

Developer must act on objectionable contentreports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user whoprovided the offending content

Developer needs a method for ejecting userswho violate the terms of the EULA

Please keep in mind that it is not

sufficient for the user to report an issue through a general user feedback/反饋orlike/dislike feature of the app.Please ensure that the contents that maybecome objectionable have a reporting or flagging mechanism readily accessibleby the user to allow the user to promptly report or flag the issue and clearlyidentify the offending content.

5、上傳時沒有使用真實的應用截圖

應用程序的名稱、描述、截圖或者預覽與應用的內容和功能不相關將會被拒絕。有App因為應用截圖使用的是自己設計的插畫而被審核拒絕。

6、應用必須使用邀請碼才能注冊使用

蘋果要求應用不能限制只有部分用戶可以使用。

7、應用內出現第三方移動平臺的名字或圖標

一直以來,蘋果都不允許iOS開發者在進行軟件描述時提到Android版本,而自從2015年4月起,在App內、截圖等任何地方提到安卓、Android的文字、圖標、系統界面都會被拒。曾經有電商App,因為出現了售賣三星安卓手機而被拒。。。

8、應用內涉及獎勵,未聲明與蘋果無關

App里有實物獎勵的話,不能使用蘋果產品(例如iPhone、iPad等)作為獎品。另外一定要聲明“獎勵由本公司提供,與蘋果官方無關”。

Your app includes a contest or sweepstakesbut it does not:

Indicate that Apple is not involved in anyway with the contest or sweepstakes.

9、沒有提供恢復內購的方法

增加一個“恢復購買記錄”的按鈕即可。

To restore previously purchased InAppPurchase products,it would be appropriate to provide a“Restore”button andinitiate the restore process when the“Restore”button is tapped.

10、未注冊時不能使用與賬號無關的功能

對于資訊等App,在沒有進行與用戶信息相關的操作時,卻強行讓用戶登錄,甚至不登錄就無法看到任何內容,有可能會被拒絕。

11、iPhone應用在iPad上不能正常顯示

iPhone程序必須不經修改就能以iPhone分辨率和2倍iPhone 3GS的分辨率在iPad上運行。即使你的App只為iPhone用戶提供,在iPad上也必須能夠正常顯示,否則審核會被拒絕。

12、侵犯第三方版權

對于視頻、音樂、圖書類的應用很容易因為這一條而被拒。另外ASO100.com建議應用內最好不要出現第三方的商標,例如運營商的Logo、影視公司的Logo等。

13、應用截圖、名稱、描述等出現不雅詞匯

在應用截圖、名稱、描述等任何地方出現例如諸如牛逼、綠茶婊、無節操、逗比等詞匯,都會被蘋果審核拒絕。

14、應用出現beta版、測試版字樣

不要過度謙虛地在啟動畫面或者應用名稱上加上beta字樣,蘋果不允許測試版產品上架。

Your app appears to be a prerelease,test,or trial version with a limited feature set.Apps that are created fordemonstration or trial purposes are not appropriate for the App Store and donot comply with the App Store Review Guidelines.

15、注冊缺少隱私政策

如果應用包含注冊功能,注冊頁面必須提供隱私說明協議按鈕或者鏈接。另外在iTunes connect提交新版本的時候,Privacy Policy URL必須要填寫。

16、應用出現崩潰、加載失敗等bug

審核期間出現崩潰會導致審核被拒。ASO100.com建議,在審核期間務必保證服務器穩定,避免審核人員審核時出現內容加載失敗的情況,導致被拒。

17、應用描述、截圖和應用功能不符

如果應用的描述或截圖介紹的功能在審核期間沒有體現,則會被拒絕,如果介紹文案不夠詳細也會有一定概率被拒。

18、應用包含應用推薦功能

20、應用提交的新版本與上一版差異過大

如果你提交的新版本應用與上一版相比,功能上變化過大,比如將游戲升級為工具類應用,或在新版本中完全改掉前一版產品的功能,則會被蘋果拒絕。

21、應用違反當地法律法規

應用程序必須遵守上線地區的法律法規,禁止含有賭博、色情、有償陪伴等違反法律的內容,尤其為用戶提供付費社交服務的APP,例如在線直播類APP,必須嚴格遵守相關規定。

22、應用作者名與金融機構名字不一致

針對理財、P2P等金融相關產品,蘋果增加規定開發者的名字必須與APP內的金融機構名字保持一致,否則會被拒。

且由同一品牌的金融機構提供服務的APP,必須發布在同一個開發者賬號跟名稱下。如果你已經代表委托人或者公司發布了這些APP,你的委托人或者公司應該注冊iOS開發者賬號,并把你添加到他們的開發者賬號里,這樣你就可以在他們賬號下面提交并發布APP了。

We found that the Seller and/or Artistnames associated with your app do not reflect the name of the financialinstitution in the app and/or its name and metadata.To be appropriate for the App Store,yourapp must be published under a Seller name and Artist name that reflects thefinancial institution brand,as required by the iOS Developer Program LicenseAgreement.

23、應用提供功能過于簡單

應用內的功能不能太過單一,蘋果雖然理念中提倡“簡單”,但并不代表能接受功能不夠完善的應用,他們對應用的核心要求,是希望能夠給用戶更有價值的體驗。當然,如果你的產品太有創意,可能蘋果的審核員沒能理解它的獨到之處,這樣的情況下,你可以通過申訴來更詳細的描述產品優勢,以便通過審核。
