亞馬遜差評(píng)監(jiān)測(cè)助手:亞馬遜差評(píng)回復(fù)郵件模板分享
說實(shí)在的,做亞馬遜很難避免碰到一些不講理的買家,所以你必須從平常就開始累積你的好評(píng),把偶發(fā)的差評(píng)影響稀釋掉。同時(shí)把一星差評(píng)給洗到Listing最下面,不要讓負(fù)評(píng)顯示在亞馬遜評(píng)價(jià)的最上面。
一、移除差評(píng)
1、郵件標(biāo)題盡量直接
2、郵件主旨簡(jiǎn)介明了,買家收到郵件時(shí)一目了然
3、郵件內(nèi)容分為:致歉-改正態(tài)度/措施-感謝買家建議
以下為參考模版
郵件標(biāo)題:
Regarding your AMAZON.COM order feedback with 店鋪名稱
郵件內(nèi)容:
Dear Customer,
You recently left us a negative feedback regarding your order placed with 店鋪名稱on AMAZON.COM. We are sorry about the inconvenience.
Please kindly provide us with the SKU number under the bar code label >
Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for giving us the opportunity to rectify the matter.
Sincerely yours

二、移除負(fù)面評(píng)價(jià)
1、郵件標(biāo)題盡量直接
2、郵件主旨簡(jiǎn)介明了,買家收到郵件時(shí)一目了然
3、重點(diǎn)表達(dá)謝意,感謝對(duì)方寫Review,讓對(duì)方感知自己的建議是被重視的
4、千萬不要在郵件里面提到刪評(píng)返現(xiàn)、刪評(píng)退款等
以下為參考模版
郵件標(biāo)題:
Regarding your Amazon Product Review郵件內(nèi)容:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your purchase and taking the time to write a product review. We are terribly sorry to hear the product you received is defective and would like to know if we can send you a free replacement or assist you with a refund.
Customer reviews is important to us and we value your response. All responses will be used to further improve the quality of our service and products.
Please let us know how we may assist you to resolve the issue you have experienced.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for giving us the opportunity to rectify the matter.
Sincerely yours

三、修改或刪除Reviews教程
在上面刪除負(fù)面評(píng)論的郵件里面,可以附上操作流程
1.Your Account > Your Orders
2.在Personalization 買家可選擇要對(duì) 商品評(píng)論(Product Reviews)還是賣家評(píng)級(jí) (Seller Feedback)來做修改。
請(qǐng)注意:Product Reviews 隨時(shí)可以編輯,因此要對(duì)買家好一點(diǎn),以免他們回來改成差評(píng)!
3.選擇要做修改的評(píng)論,看買家決定是要修改還是移除。
4.此處建議,可以委婉的讓賣家移除評(píng)論,畢竟改評(píng)論是一個(gè)反反復(fù)復(fù)的過程
