wish平臺:中郵運費上漲常見問題解答
為了應對2018年6月1日開始的中郵資費上漲,幫助商戶避免潛在運營成本損失,將為使用過中郵及受其影響的相關*的促銷產(chǎn)品自動上調(diào)運費。
wish商戶可隨時自行調(diào)整非促銷產(chǎn)品運費,調(diào)整方法包括手動、CSV文件上傳或API。
在世界標準時間2018年5月29日00:00至2018年6月2日00:00期間,Wish將對所有促銷產(chǎn)品運費自動進行上調(diào)。
wish平臺鼓勵商戶審核并更新其促銷產(chǎn)品的運費,以便使所設運費準確反映實際運費。如果產(chǎn)品運費未能準確反映物流服務商/物流產(chǎn)品更新后的實際運費,將面臨產(chǎn)品展現(xiàn)量被降低的風險。
自動上調(diào)運費將考慮促銷產(chǎn)品的下列信息:
產(chǎn)品已記錄重量的中位數(shù)(如果沒有重量記錄,以平均訂單金額為準)
使用中郵及受其影響的相關物流服務商*的歷史訂單履行記錄
平郵/掛號物流選擇取決于產(chǎn)品是否需符合確認妥投政策。確認妥投政策要求必須提供最后一公里(掛號)物流信息。
受影響的相關物流服務商包括:中國、Wish郵-中國、4PX、安駿物流、CNE全球速達、出口易、ECFirstClass、飛特物流、OWE萬歐國際、三態(tài)速遞、順豐國際、中外運、UBI利通智能包裹、萬邦物流、燕文物流、云途物流。
運費自動上調(diào)后,商戶可在單個產(chǎn)品的“國際運費設置”頁面通過“自動更新前的運費”查看之前的運費,或者聯(lián)系客戶經(jīng)理了解更多信息。
ChinaPost Shipping Price Increase (June 1st 2018) FAQ
To address the planned June 1, 2018 ChinaPost shipping price increases and to help merchants avoid potential disruption to operations, Wish will be automatically increasing shipping prices for promoted products that were historically fulfilled with ChinaPost and related affected carriers*. Merchants may adjust their shipping prices for non-promoted products themselves at any time in Wish, either manually or through CSV upload or API.
These automatic shipping price increases will be made by Wish for all promoted products between May 29, 2018 00:00 UTC to June 2, 2018 00:00 UTC.
Merchants are encouraged to review and update their promoted products’ shipping prices to accurately reflect their actual shipping prices. Products that are detected to be fulfilled through shipping carriers/service levels that do not accurately reflect their updated shipping price may experience decreased impressions.
How will the automatic shipping price increase be determined?
The automatic shipping price increases will take into account the promoted product’s:
median recorded weight (or average order value if there is no weight information recorded)
Historical fulfillment through ChinaPost and related affected carriers*
non-registered/registered service levels based on whether the product is subject to the Confirmed Delivery policy, which requires last-mile (registered) tracking

The related carriers affected include: ChinaAirPost, Post-ChinaPost, 4PX, AnjunExpress, CNEExpress, Chukou1, ECFirstClass, FlytExpress, OneWorldExpress, SFCService, SFInternational, Sinotrans, UBISmartParcel, Wanb, Yanwen, YunExpress.
Where can I view the previous shipping prices before the automatic update?
After the automatic shipping price increases are made, merchants may view their previous “shipping price before the automatic update” in their International Shipping Settings for an individual product, or contact their account manager for more information.
