所有商品必須符合通用手工藝品分類指南的要求。
所有設計都必須由您自己完成并應用于商品。
我們不允許在銷售任何二手、假冒、、復制或仿制商品和/或畫像。
不允許銷售違反任何版權或商標權的未經授權的藝術品副本或復制品。閱讀有關權利所有者的知識產權的更多信息。

保護手工藝品的完整性

亞馬遜保留自行決定從任何亞馬遜手工藝品分類中移除商品的權利。我們會將移除商品的相關情況告知受影響的手工藝人，后者可以選擇對此決定提出申訴。通知將通過賣家平臺發送給手工藝人，其中將包含亞馬遜進行審核所需信息的詳情，以及手工藝人需要向亞馬遜提供此信息的時間范圍。

Handmade Electronics Accessories Guidelines
As a Maker, your handmade Electronic Accessories products must adhere to the following guidelines:
All products must meet the overall Handmade Category Guidelines.
All designs must be your own, applied to the product by you.
We do not allow any used, counterfeit, trademark-infringing, replica, or knock-off products and/or imagery on Handmade.
Unauthorized copies or reproductions of artwork that violate any copyright or trademark are not allowed. Read more about Intellectual Property for Rights Owners.

Protecting Handmade Integrity
Amazon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove a product from any category. We will notify the impacted Maker regarding the removal and the impacted Maker will have the option to appeal this decision. Notifications will be sent to the Maker through Seller Central and will include details on what is needed by Amazon to conduct an audit, as well as the time frame in which the Maker will need to provide Amazon with this information.
