親愛的賣家支持今天我收到亞馬遜的通知,說因為出售假冒產品而取消了我的銷售權,我立即查詢了亞馬遜說的幾個產品。首先作為一名剛在亞馬遜上銷售沒多久的賣家,我們缺乏對亞馬遜規則的認知,沒有認真去了解亞馬遜的規則和違禁品。其次,在亞馬遜提出的幾個產品里,我并不知道這個是一個品牌產品,對于這一點我感到很抱歉,我已經刪除了亞馬遜提出的幾個產品,并永久不會再次銷售。通過對我的店鋪指標以及客戶反饋,我認為亞馬遜應該能夠認識到我們是一家服務良好,產品質量也很好的賣家。我們沒有收到客戶的投訴以及差評。我希望亞馬遜能夠考慮到這一點。如果恢復我的銷售權,我后期銷售計劃如下:1:首先我會很認真去閱讀和了解亞馬遜的詳細銷售規則以及銷售產品范圍。2:我會認真檢查核實庫存以及我銷售的產品是否存在不符合亞馬遜要求的產品,一旦發現將立即刪除,并永久不會再次出售。3:我會檢查我所有賣出的產品,如果客戶反映任何不滿意或者產品問題,我將在12小時內為他們解決問題。4:對于后期出售的新產品,如果有不確定的信息,我會立即咨詢亞馬遜,不會盲目任意的去銷售。以上是我對這次亞馬遜取消我銷售權作出的應答。我希望亞馬遜能夠再次提供給我們一個改過的機會。我們將以最大的努力和最認真的態度去從事以后再亞馬遜上的銷售工作期待你的回復最真摯的問候店鋪名Dear Amazon seller support,Thank you for your concern of our account.We received a notification today that our selling privilege has been removed cause we sold counterfeit products.We immediately check the listings. Firstly we are very sorry about our ignorance, we are new to Amazon selling, we are lacking of the rules and policies when sell on your platform. Secondly, as the items of Amazon seller performance stated, we did not know this product is with its own brand, to this point we acknowledge it is our fault. We had removed the listings and promise we won't sell it again on Amazon if we do not get the warrant.Would you please consider the account seller rating and customers feedback to us? We provided customer both good products and customer service. We never got a claim or negative feedback. Hope Amazon can look through to it.If you can give us a chance, we will do as follows:1. Absolutely, we will see through all the policies and rules about selling on your platform.2. We will check the listings in our account to see if there has some which do not meet your requirements, if it does, we will fix it immediately.3. We will check all the products we've been sold, any complaints or product issues we will solve them in proper way within 12h in favor of the customer's right.4.
